PRODUCTION WORKER

Job Summary:**

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Worker to join our manufacturing team at Groupe Atlantic İzmir. This role involves performing various tasks on the production line to ensure the efficient and high-quality assembly of our products.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operating procedures.
* Assemble components and parts according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions.
* Perform quality checks on products at various stages of the production process to identify and rectify defects.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping standards.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products.
* Package and label finished goods for shipment.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production issues or concerns.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, but not required.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
